Retail Space 1 is the former Teske's Jewelry space. It is currently unoccupied. It is 2,700 sq feet and has two bathrooms and a large basement . There are stairs to a spacious balcony in the back that overlooks the main retail space. This is a gem of a space and is ready for a refresh! ​
Office Space 1

This space is ~370 sq ft and is comprised of two connecting rooms with dark wood panelling and large built-in cupboards. There is a beautiful hardwood ceiling and several large windows to allow for natural light and ventilation. The entrance has a window to the central hallway. There is an option to add a third (~182 sq ft) connecting room if desired.
Office Space 2

Interconnecting offices 16 & 25 are ~535 sq feet and rent as a single unit. They are spacious and ready for immediate tenancy. Two transom windows to the hall and large interior windows allow ample light. There is a small closet. The office space has two separate entries in perpendicular hallways to allow entry and exit without interrupting coworkers.

Moxie
​Retail Space 2 is currently occupied by Moxie Clothing. It is 2,975 sq feet and has a large basement.

Harwood's Hair Salon
Retail Space 4 is located on the 4th Avenue side. It is currently occupied by Harwood Hair Salon and it is approximately 580 sq feet.

Arrowhead Motorcycle Apparel & Supply
​Retail Space 3 is currently occupied by Arrowhead Motorcycle Apparel. It is 2,375 sq feet and has a large basement.
